RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to enjoy displaying your collection with Slab City. If something isn’t right, contact tcgslabcity@gmail.com with your order number.

RETURNS

For standard, non-personalized products, request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once we provide return instructions, send your item back within 14 days.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all included parts and accessories. Use the original packaging where possible and pack everything securely.

Contact us before shipping your return so we can provide the correct return address. Do not send us your personal trading cards.

RETURN SHIPPING

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

We recommend tracked shipping and keeping your receipt.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Products featuring artwork created specifically to your instructions or other personalization are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. Standard designs made after an order is placed are not automatically considered personalized.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Contact tcgslabcity@gmail.com promptly with your order number and, if possible, photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund. If a return is needed because of a defect, shipping damage, or our error, we’ll cover return shipping.

The 7-day change-of-mind window does not limit your legal rights concerning faulty or incorrect goods.

REFUNDS

We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests before shipment. Cancellation of personalized orders may not be possible once custom work has begun, subject to applicable law.

INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

Where EU or UK distance-selling rules apply, you may cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, and return it within 14 days of notifying us. You do not need our approval to exercise this statutory right.

For these cancellations, we refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any extra cost for upgraded shipping is not refundable. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds are issued within the applicable legal deadline. We may withhold a refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may result in a deduction for diminished value. The unused-condition requirement above does not override this right to inspect goods.

Exceptions may apply to genuinely personalized goods. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

MARKETPLACE PURCHASES

For purchases made through Etsy or another marketplace, please start your return request through that platform. Its applicable policies and your statutory rights also apply.
